Ryther is preparing to open a Partial Hospitalization Program focused on serving neurodiverse youth with intensive behavioral health needs. The program supervisor will engage in program development as well as provide supervision and general oversight of the program. Grounded within the agency's trauma recovery model and racial equity work, the partial hospitalization program will employ evidence-based and best practices models of care. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, this is an exciting opportunity to help shape a clinically rich, client focused program serving neurodivergent youth.
The program supervisor will join the treatment team working in Ryther’s Partial Hospitalization Program as well as our Intensive Outpatient Program. The role of program supervisor includes supporting clients in treatment, promoting an affirming treatment environment, developing daily routines, and providing supervision to behavior specialists.
