Aspiring Youth - Program Counselor

(Currently Prioritizing the hiring of East Side Facilitators and a Seattle Creator Studios Facilitator)

Ryther is a recognized leader in behavioral health services for children and their families facing complex challenges. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive services and innovative treatments. We guide, coach and teach so that every child and family we work with may experience new ways of thinking, develop positive relationships and realize a better life.

The Aspiring Youth Program provides a summer day camp, social groups, and individual coaching for neurodiverse youth ages 8-18 who need extra support in navigating their social worlds. Our participants often have diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, though no diagnosis is required for our programs. The Program Counselor provides direct supervision to participants in the summer day program and groups. In addition, the program counselor may provide individual coaching to clients.
