Intensive Services Program Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure program staff are provided with structures and training that ensure policy and procedures are followed in accordance with Ryther’s contract and accreditation expectations.
- Support the Program Supervisor in planning and facilitating team meetings in accordance with the milieu needs and staff development plans for PHP.
- Support the IOP therapists in planning and facilitating team meetings in accordance with the needs of the program and staff.
- In collaboration with the Senior Director of Inpatient Services, ensure a staff development program which will meet the program and agency goals of the intensive services.
- In collaboration with the Senior Director of Inpatient Services, is responsible for implementation of program development and service expansion in accordance with agency goals and objectives.
- Ensures that program goals and outcomes are achieved.
- In collaboration with the Program Supervisor, maintains all licensing, accreditation and contract standards and requirements as applicable to the program.
- Develops such policies and procedures as are necessary to effectively meet the goals and objectives of the program.
- Regularly assess team dynamics and provide leadership to all program staff to promote positive caregiver affect management, communication, and cooperation among employees. Provide linkage and mediation for staff members within the program management team and program team.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). Full licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy is appropriate.
- Must be willing to work in-person at least 3 days per week
- Must have at least 2 years experience providing mental health services to youth and families

As the Program Manager, you'll be responsible for the services provided in the Acute Behavioral Health PHP and IOP, in collaboration with the Senior Director of Inpatient Services. Depending on your experience, your salary would be $72,000-$95,000 (with an increase for language skills, and having an SUDP/T). This position is Monday - Friday; hybrid.
