Aspiring Youth Program Assistant - Admin Specialist

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Communicate with parents and other providers by responding to inquiries, scheduling enrollment meetings, collecting intake information, and providing program information to families.
  • Assist in managing the online registration system and maintaining rosters and attendance for groups and camps.
  • Coordinate program logistics such as room reservations, preparing group and camp binders, collecting waivers, and ordering supplies.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on program enhancement.
  • Handle collection of staff and vendor invoices and process to the financial department.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable department to answer client billing questions and provide a monthly payment report.
  • Maintain mail/e-mail distribution lists, handle mailings, update program schedule on website

The Aspiring Youth Program provides summer camp, school-year social groups, and individual coaching for youth needing support to navigate their social worlds. The program serves youth ages 5-26 from the neurodiverse community, many of whom have diagnoses including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and social anxiety. The AY Program Assistant - Admin Specialist is responsible for processing intakes, managing the registration system, maintaining rosters, facilitating communication with the financial department, and assisting with general program logistics.

We’re offering a full-time position (40 hours/wk) and the opportunity to go home from work knowing you’ve made a positive impact in the lives of the children we serve. We are looking for a commitment of 9 - 5pm, M - F. This position is hybrid, but mostly remote with the occasional need for in-person (mostly in the summer).
