Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist (Independent/Fully Licensed & Associate License Welcome!)

Whether your license is associate level or fully independent, we have a place for you! Depending on your licensure status, experience, and position, your salary would be $58,500 - $84,800 (with an increase for groups, language skills, having an SUDP/T, and managerial positions). This position is Monday-Friday, daytime and evenings, and includes work at partnership sites focused on IECMH 3 days/week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing comprehensive and culturally responsive therapeutic services.
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy, which address the needs of the client within the context of the individual's home and community.
  • Providing required case management services and inter-agency collaboration.
  • Maintaining paperwork in accordance with state and federal laws and credentialing.
  • Therapists also participate in consultations with a team of psychiatrists and psychologists twice a month.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). Full licensure or Associate license in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy is appropriate.
  • Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.
